Complete Track Support
Our trackside support service keeps your race vehicle performing at its best throughout the event. After every session, our experienced team checks fluid levels, inspects for oil or coolant leaks, evaluates the brakes and suspension, and monitors tire pressures and temperatures to adapt the vehicle to changing track conditions.
We make setup adjustments throughout the day to improve handling, performance, and driver confidence. Refueling assistance is also included, although the cost of fuel is additional. If replacement or performance parts are needed at the track, our technicians can complete the installation, with parts billed separately. Beverages and snacks are provided during the event.
For events outside the local area, lodging, flights, and rental vehicles are additional expenses and will be quoted before the event. Race vehicle transportation is also available using our enclosed, double-decker four-car transporter, with white-glove pickup and delivery options for added convenience.
TRACKSIDE SUPPORT includes:
- Check and maintain all fluid levels
- Vehicle inspection for any oil/water leaks after every session
- Brake inspections to ensure optimum braking power
- Tire pressure/temp checks after runs to adapt to track conditions
- Suspension checks after sessions
- Setup adjustments throughout the day to get the most out of the vehicle
- Re-fueling throughout the day (does not include physical fuel costs)
- Beverages and snacks will be provided.
- Installation of to any parts that may be required on track (expense of parts is additional)
- Out of Town Lodging, Flights, Car Rentals are Additional Expenses quoted before start of event
